Skyline Towers

State is leading a comprehensive value-add renovation of Skyline Towers, a two-tower high-rise community rising 29 stories over Falls Church. The scope reaches across the entire asset: interior unit turns with new kitchens, renovated bathrooms, and added in-unit laundry; repainting of both towers and all interior common-area hallways; an electrical systems upgrade spanning 520 units; and a complete parking-garage renovation. State also created a new resident amenity out of space the property wasn’t using—cutting through the wall between an existing theatre and an adjacent storage area to join the two rooms into a single community youth center. Every phase is executed with residents in place, keeping the community leased and generating income while State modernizes it floor by floor. This is capital-program work at scale—improving unit appeal, building systems, common areas, and amenities together to reposition the property for long-term performance.
