High in Triangle Towers above downtown Bethesda, State transformed an existing commercial space into a state-of-the-art medical center. The build-out covered the full scope: new HVAC and complete MEP systems engineered for a clinical environment, drop and acoustical ceilings, new flooring, paint throughout, and commercial storefront glass at the entry. Every element served the practice’s model—acoustical treatment that keeps patient conversations private, mechanical systems sized for a medical setting, and finishes that read calm and clinical at once. Delivered inside an occupied high-rise and on the schedule the practice had already announced to its patients, the result is a polished, purpose-built medical suite where a commercial office used to be.
