At Copper Quarry Village, State delivered a full community repositioning that touched everything residents see, use, and live in. The centerpiece was a ground-up community center: State demolished the existing building and designed and built its replacement from the foundation up, handling the complete exterior and interior scope—structure, envelope, and finishes—along with all new MEP systems, including mechanical and HVAC, electrical service and distribution, plumbing, and full fire and life-safety equipment. Inside, State gut-renovated the leasing office and recreation room, building out a state-of-the-art golf simulator, and rebuilt the fitness room from the studs with a rock-climbing wall and wall-mounted training equipment. Outside, State created an outdoor courtyard with stone pavers and a fireplace—an all-season gathering space that anchors the community. Alongside the amenity work, State completed full renovations of 120 apartment homes. The result is a community transformed from the inside out: new amenities residents actually want, refreshed homes throughout, and a property positioned to compete at the top of its market.
