After a fire left an entire building a total loss, State rebuilt it from the ground up—inside and out. This was a complete reconstruction, not a repair: State restored the structure and framing, re-established the full building envelope with new roofing, exterior cladding, and windows, and rebuilt every major system from scratch. The full MEP scope—new mechanical and HVAC, a complete electrical service and wiring, and all-new plumbing supply and waste lines—brought the building back to a safe, code-compliant standard. From there, State delivered the entire interior: insulation, drywall, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, trim, fresh paint, and all fire and life-safety systems. The result is a fully reconstructed, move-in-ready building—an entire structure brought back from fire damage to a like-new home for its residents.
