On the penthouse level of Triangle Towers in downtown Bethesda, State turned an open loft into a private wellness sanctuary. The space arrived wide open, so State built the studio into it: four treatment suites carved out along the back wall with metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings engineered to keep every session private. State moved and redesigned the entry to reset how clients arrive, rebuilt the waiting room, and renovated the kitchen and common area. The full MEP scope, paint, and finishes tied it together—along with dedicated wiring for a sound system that carries the studio’s atmosphere through the entire space. For a business whose service depends on quiet, privacy, and the feel of a room, State delivered the environment, not just the build-out.
